What can I do for free?+
You can build and test events for free, with no card required. You only pay when you publish an event to your audience.
What does publishing unlock?+
Publishing opens the event page, registration and streaming (including simulcast destinations) to your audience.
Do I pay per viewer?+
No. Plans are not billed per viewer. Capacity is up to 100,000 viewers. Very large audiences are handled case by case with sales.
Is VAT included?+
No. Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Can I bill my own client?+
Yes. Enchant bills you (the production company or AV firm). You invoice your own client. Enchant does not bill your end client.
What happens to recordings after 12 months?+
By default on every plan, viewers lose access after 12 months. Enchant keeps the MP4 file for 2 years, then deletes it. Longer recording upkeep can be arranged if needed.
Can I switch to monthly later?+
Yes. Start with Event (249 € per published event) and upgrade to Continuous (950 € / mo, unlimited events) yourself in the dashboard when you publish every month. No sales call required.
